Cost :

If registered before the end of April 2026: €250
If registered between the beginning of May and the end of July: €300

Refund in case of cancellation before July 31 is limited to 80% of the amount paid.
Refund in case of cancellation after July 31 is only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate and is limited to 60% of the amount paid.
Replacement by another rider in case of cancellation is always possible free of charge until August 28, 2026.

Registration includes:

  • Provision of stickers to place on your motorcycleProvision of a collector’s event t-shirt

  • Provision of a GPX track (sent by email on the morning before departure)

  • Tracking via an OWAKA beacon with an emergency button, which records your route (a €100 cash deposit is required, which will be refunded upon return of the beacon in good condition)

  • A team of motorcycle scouts who will leave in advance to ensure that the route is fully passable and will set up recommended detours if necessary

  • A team of sweepers who will make sure no one is left behind

  • A photographer present at several points along the route

  • A hot meal on Saturday at noon before departure

  • A hot meal on Saturday evening at approximately 25% of the route

  • A hot meal during the night from Saturday to Sunday at approximately 50% of the route

  • A breakfast on Sunday morning at approximately 75% of the route

  • A “sweep truck” service in case of mechanical problems that cannot be repaired on-site

  • A souvenir for the “Finishers”

  • A raffle draw on Sunday after the arrival of the last “Finisher”

 

All participants will be required to be present at the departure and return location (parking behind “ALPHA MOTO”, 14 rue Haroun Tazieff, 4053 Chaudfontaine) on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 09:00 and no later than 10:30, in order to complete administrative and technical checks, distribute goodies and OWAKA beacons (please note a €100 cash deposit for the beacon, which will be refunded upon return in good condition), and attend the briefing.

The first departure will be at 13:01. Then one participant will depart every minute in the order of assigned numbers to avoid unpleasant temporary congestion for everyone.

To register, simply return the registration form available on the website www.tntgreenexperience.com and make a transfer of €250 or €300 (depending on the payment date) to account BE80 0688 9532 4777.

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Registrations will close on Friday, July 31, 2026, at midnight or when the maximum number of participants is reached.
